The ” 360 ” Association operates as a Romanian legal entity, under private law
, non-profit or patrimonial, non-profit, independent, and non-governmental.
Purpose 360
The mission of the ” 360 ” Association is to facilitate the socio-economic development of Romania, mainly by improving research methods and academic programs, but not only.
In order to carry out its projects, 360 is supported by volunteers from all areas of Romania, as well as by members, on their various levels of adhesion.
The website www. 360 .ro was created in order to promote 360 projects, to bring to public knowledge the activities of the Association, and to develop membership and volunteering actions.
Using the 360 website
Anyone has the possibility to access and use the 360 website, being able to register as a volunteer in the campaigns initiated by the Association.
Registered users can also participate in public discussions on the website forums related to all topics of research and with respect to all 360 campaigns.
By using the 360 website, users agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this document.
Registration as a member of 360
Upon registration on the Association’s website, users become 360 members.
The member will be asked to provide a username and password.
The association recommends to its members not to transmit to any other person the password of the account created on the 360 website.
Providing data
Members will be required to provide complete and true personal data, as required in the registration form.
Members will have the obligation to renew personal data when the information previously provided in the registration form no longer corresponds to reality.
If the data provided by members prove to be unreal, inaccurate, or incomplete, the Association, through its employees, may suspend or permanently close the account of that member, any subsequent attempt to register on the website 360 is not allowed.
Data security
The member is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password provided.
Member 360 is solely responsible for how his account is used. Members understand and agree not to use the account or password of other members 360.
If you notify the unauthorized use of your account, as well as any violation of the confidentiality of personal data, you have the obligation to inform the Association.
For good reasons, the Association may limit or block access to a member’s account without prior notice.
Use of information 360
The information contained on the 360 website is dedicated to the use of members for the purpose of information and interconnection with other members and may not be marketed in any form.
Illegal or unauthorized use of 360 information, including but not limited to the collection of usernames, e-mail addresses, photographs, or any information or data of other 360 members , for the purpose of marketing, broadcasting, sending unsolicited messages is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited actions on the 360 website

The Association will delete and remove the materials that present prohibited content, and may at any time suspend or block the account of the member who has broadcast or promoted materials with such content.
The Association will also be able to take legal action against a member who has posted prohibited content on the 360 website.
The association cannot permanently monitor and control the actions of its members on the 360 website.
The association has no legal obligation to control the information provided by members, available on the website.
The association does not assume any responsibility for the content published by its members.
Content ownership
The content defines all the information contained in the 360 website, in the form of text, data, software or still images.
The content of the website is the property of 360 and can only be taken over, distributed, sold or resold with the written consent of the Association.
Unauthorized use of the information, trademarks, or any data on the 360 website is strictly prohibited, in case of violation of these provisions, the Association reserves the right to seek legal support for the violation of its rights.

The association becomes the owner of all texts published on the website and the 360 forum.

C) NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM OR THROUGH WEBSITE 360 WILL CREATE ANY RESPONSIBILITY TO THE ASSOCIATION, IF NOT SPECIALLY PROVIDED FOR IN THIS DOCUMENT;

THE ASSOCIATION WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, ACCIDENTAL, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO: NON-PROFIT, POSSIBILITY OF USE, OR OTHER DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM:
A) USE OR IMPOSSIBILITY OF USING THE SERVICES OF THE WEBIST 360 ;
